If you think that you were banned unfairly, you must submit the form below a new thread with the following questions and answers.
Or you can submit the information provide for you in your console upon entering the server too.
- Your ingame name at the time of the server:
- Your IP(non steam player) or SteamID(steam player):
- The admin that banned you (exact name):
- Why do you think you were banned?:
- Any additional comments that may help:
If you make a post for an unban request without the given information how it appears in console when you try entering the server or submitting this form with proper responses the post will be eliminated.
